Let’s talk about
sex, baby goals. My biggest goal for 2016 is to lose 25 lbs by my 30th birthday (Nov. 3)! #BestBy30 I’ll go more into this later, I promise, but for now, let’s switch topics and talk about the Dr. Oz 3-Day Cleanse.
To jumpstart my weight loss journey, I will be following the Dr. Oz 3-Day Cleanse this weekend. A few years ago I did this cleanse, and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. In the past, this cleanse has helped me shed a little weight, get rid of bloating and gain energy. It’s like hitting a big ol’ reset button!
What is it?
A 3-day cleanse to eliminate harmful toxins and reset your body According to Dr. Oz, “All you need is 3 days, a blender and $16 a day!”
On the cleanse you drink tea in the morning, smoothies for every meal, & take a nice, warm Epsom salt bath at night. Sounds pretty simple, huh? Want to join me? Keep reading!
What you need:
Before we get started, we obviously need supplies. The graphic below shows a comprehensive list of the groceries we will need and outlines the cleanse schedule. I suggest you print it out, take it to the grocery store, & then stick it on your fridge!
As soon as I hit publish on this blog post I’m going to Instacart all cleanse supplies and schedule them to be delivered to me tomorrow night, that way there are no excuses! Over the weekend, I will be posting updates & behind the scenes photos to Facebook and Instagram (are we friends?) to let you know how it’s going. Hopefully, I won’t have any french fry dreams this time!
