I needed something new and exciting for breakfast this morning. Something to save me from the lonnng stretch of winter before spring.
So, when I saw this smoothie recipe that called for coconut water and mango I knew my winter blues were about to be cured. Coconut water hydrates which is important in the winter and the cayenne pepper sure does spices things up. Cayenne is even known to help rev your metabolism–I’ll drink to that!
One sip of this Coconut Water & Mango Smoothie transcended me to the Tropics– that’s for sure! Join me, won’t you?!
- 2 cups mango fresh or frozen
- 2 cups O.N.E coconut water
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- pinch of chia powder
- Mix all ingredients in a blender & enjoy!
